Hi, I’m Ling Ling!

Story

Ling Ling is an enthusiastic, engaging and articulate Corporate Trainer, Coach and Consultant with over 12 years of experience within the Technology and Travel sectors. Working with companies such as Intel and Samsung, she synergises her background in engineering and psychology to engage and empower her participants to excel in their roles. Her previous roles led her to develop and deliver training programs in 21 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and USA. 

Having lived and worked up in Malaysia, Australia, Canada, USA, UK and now in Singapore, Ling Ling has a deep understanding and vast experiences of living and working across various cultures.  Her multicultural experiences fuels her mission to build positive, inclusive and thriving organisations that brings out the best of everyone.

Academically, Ling Ling studied in Canada and Malaysia before pursuing an B.Eng in Electronics with the Multimedia University in 1999. She later went on to attain an MSc in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, UK in 2009.   

In her spare time, she facilitates humanitarian courses for the youth and psychological first aid courses for adults with the Singapore Red Cross.

Positive psychology suggests that when people are in a joyful and happy emotional state, they are more open to ideas, more creative, more engaged, more productive and it is contagious! I strive to bring joy and laughter in everything I do.
