What do we do? 

We are a learning consultancy that helps organisations in developing, retaining and engaging their employees through learning intiatives. What is a learning initiative? A learning initiative can be:

  • up-skilling your organisation to adopt a new system or process
  • standardising the new employee induction program across the company for better retention and engagement
  • developing the management and leadership skills of your people managers through customised programs
  • supporting the transition of your technical experts into people managers
  • aligning your teams towards your organsational values or a common culture, especially in a merger and acquitision

There are many other learning initiative an organisation may pursue that will ultimately help their members and business to grow and thrive.

Why does learning matter to us? 

The desire to follow curiosities, to acquire knowledge, to be better skilled  and to understand the world we live in – are our innate desire and our natutal way of being. Children live this desire unashamedly. As we grow up, this desire somehow disappears under our long list of priorities. We remain stagnant in our personal development by snuggling comfortably in our daily routine. Staying in your comfort zone will keep you from reaching your hidden potential.

Organisations play an essential role in helping their employees realise their potential. We want to do our part by collaborating with organisations to make this a reality. Our mission is to inspire you to be your very best through the love of learning. We seek to light this spark within.

What will we be blogging about?

In the past decade, the training industry has evolved dramatically and various alternative names have emerged, including Human Resource Development, Human Performance Technology, Human Performance Improvement, Learning and Development, Talent Development and Workplace Learning and Performance.

Alongside this dramatic evolution in the industry, access to learning online is made easier and more scalable with technology. The Learning Management System industry has boomed and the market is expected to grow from USD 5.22 Billion in 2016 to USD 15.72 Billion by 2021 (MarketsandMarkets).

This expedient evolution of learning and the exponential growth in technology can be confusing. Continuous discussion, debate and synergy of ideas will help us make sense of the implications, trends, insights and challenges of this field. This blog aims to ignite these discussions, shed light onto challenges or at the very least, share ideas on how to make learning accessible, effective and fun.
